This agreement is a legal contract between you and Galaxy VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using this App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, trademarks, interface, and service materials belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. We may adjust features, plans, or fees to maintain service quality and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or app distribution components. When those services are used, their respective terms may also apply.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service interruption caused by device arrears, data limits, poor signals, system restrictions, or third-party platform policies. Carrier data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges are your responsibility when used outside your home country. Please ensure you have permission from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by battery depletion, system errors, incorrect configuration, or changes in third-party data sources. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service within reasonable limits. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
